Training Academies
Any semester
The purpose of a Training Academy is for the industry host to provide "in-house" training that addresses gaps they are seeing from new graduates/new hires. This is a topic/concept or technical skill set that students will not receive in the classroom; mixed with soft skills, emotional intelligence, and professional development to enhance their employability.
