College of Engineering
Has Academic Advisors assigned to every department (Aerospace, Computer & Electrical, Civil, Construction & Environmental, Mechanical) and the Center for Student Success in Engineering (CSSE) Peer Navigators (current College of Engineering students) are also able to discuss major advising tools, navigate the curriculum to take courses in the correct order and progress towards upper division coursework, and share information about opportunities on campus.
College of Sciences
Sciences Student Success Center (SSC) Peer Mentors (current College of Sciences students) can assist sciences students in planning out academic schedules, answering general questions about a major, provide personal insight/experience about courses, help locate campus resources to help with transition to virtual courses, address any difficulties in classes by serving as your champion and liaison - between you and faculty, depart chairs or advisers, or other campus entities, help you explore minors, or manage difficult decisions about changing majors, and share opportunities with you that they become aware of.
